Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall digital visibility.
Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and other creative formats while maintaining consistency with AR Tech Solutions’ brand identity.
Manage the complete content calendar and publishing schedule, ensuring content is planned, reviewed, approved, and published consistently across all relevant platforms.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to identify new opportunities and develop content strategies that keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize content and campaigns based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
Build and maintain an active online community by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and other interactions while maintaining a professional and positive brand voice.
Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to develop campaigns and creative content that support broader business and marketing objectives.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of modern social media platforms and content strategies.
Strong creative thinking and communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and translate business objectives into compelling social media campaigns.
Hands-on knowledge of social media analytics, content scheduling, hashtag research, and performance optimization is highly preferred.
